to me by fax or mail as quickly as possible. I will take no more than 48 hours to analyse the bills and contact you with my estimate of what your overall annual saving will be. If you agree to pay the 10% of the projected saving, I will arrange to have agreements and contracts drawn up by the proposed suppliers. If you live within a 2 hour drive, I will visit you in person to collect a cheque for the contracts and agreements from the new suppliers. Outside this range a courier service will make the same exchange. When you have the various paperwork, you simply need to sign the forms and return them in the envelopes that will be provided.
